SetInput property
SetInput sets all values that are the calculating basis for almost all SolarPlexus' properties. The result of these calculations will be in force until a new call of SetInput.

Syntax

SolarPlexus.SetInput(Day, Month, Year, Longitude, Latitude [, DaylightSavingTime, Hour, GregorianFirstDate, AtmosRefraction, DeltaTime, Pressure, Temperature, Slope, Elevation, AzimuthRotation]) = 1

Commas are set between parameters even if they are empty.

 

Day Input value. Required. Integer. Sets the day. Accepts 1-31
Month Input value. Required. Integer. Sets the month. Accepts 1-12

Longitude Input value. Required. Variant. Sets the longitude in degrees. West of Greenwich negative. Accepts 0-180.
Latitude Input value. Required. Variant. Sets the latitude in degrees. South of equator negative. Accepts 0-90.
Timezone Input value. Required. Variant. Sets the timezone in hours. West of Greenwich negative.
DaylightSavingTime Input value. Optional. Variant. Sets possible hours for daylight saving time. Default=0
Hour Input value. Optional. Variant. Sets the hours of the date given by Day, Month, and Year in hours. Default=12
GregorianFirstDate Input value. Optional. String. Sets the date for the first day in the Gregorian Calendar as a date. Default="15-10-1582"
AtmosRefraction Input value. Optional. Double. Sets atmospheric refraction at sunrise and sunset in degrees. Default=0.5667
DeltaTime Input value. Optional. Double. Sets the difference between earth rotation time and terrestrial time in seconds. Default=67
Pressure Input value. Optional. Double. Sets the annual average local pressure in millibars. Default=800
Temperature Input value. Optional. Double. Sets the annual average local temperature in degrees celcius. Default=10
Slope Input value. Optional. Double. Sets surface slope (measured from the horizontal plane) in degrees. Default=30
Elevation Input value. Optional. Double. Sets the elevation in meters. Default=10
AzimuthRotation Input value. Optional. Double. Sets surface azimuth rotation in degrees (measured from south to projection of surface normal on horizontal plane). West of Greenwich negative. Default=10
