GetCalendarDate coverts a Julian day
number to a calendar date.
Syntax

= SolarPlexus.GetCalendarDate(JulianDay, Timezone [,Year, Month, Day,
Hour, Minute, Second])

Commas are set between parameters
even if they are empty.

value. String. Is the Julian day converted to a date in the
following string format: "dd-ww-yyyy hh:mm.ss", where dd=day, ww=month,
yyyy=year and hh=hour, mm=minute, and ss=second. |

Input
value. Double. Required. Is a day number in a numbering system that starts on
January 1st, -4712 at noon, which is Julian day No. 1. The day
number is shall be a decimal numeral, where the day number is
written before the decimal point, and decimal fractions of the day
after. Example: 2380414.1474537 equals April 2nd, 1805, at 16h 32m
